Consultation Process

Book a complimentary consultation with one of our specialists. We’ll begin with a Zoom call to gain a clear understanding of your goals, followed by an on-site property survey to assess requirements in detail. During this process, we’ll ask tailored questions to identify your needs and the budget available for the project. Our aim is to design a solution that meets your practical expectations—without exceeding your financial boundaries.

Proposal Process

After your consultation, we’ll assign a dedicated Project Manager to translate your vision into a practical, tailored solution. This will be outlined in an initial proposal, complete with estimated costs.

You’ll have the opportunity to review the proposal, make adjustments, and fine-tune the scope until you’re fully satisfied. 

Once approved, we’ll finalise the details and provide a comprehensive cost breakdown.

Our design team will then develop a detailed functional specification for your approval. Once signed off, we’ll move forward with bringing your project to life.

System Design

At this stage, our process is deliberately thorough—because a smart home system is only as reliable as the design behind it. Every detail matters, right down to the routing of each cable. Without this level of precision, installation can run into avoidable issues.

The essence of a great smart home is subtlety: it should feel effortless rather than appear obvious. Technology should blend into the background, beautifully integrated with the style and structure of your home, not competing with it.

Installation

We handle every aspect of your installation with precision—from discreet cable routing to seamless integration of technology. Our team begins by strategically threading all wiring throughout your property to ensure a clean, wire-free look with zero visual clutter. We work efficiently to minimise disruption to your daily routine.

Once the infrastructure is in place, we install the necessary hardware, faceplates, and keypads with care and attention to detail. This foundation allows us to fit cutting-edge devices—TVs, AV systems, lighting, security cameras—perfectly into custom-designed spaces. We’ll also install apps and configure your system’s settings so everything works exactly how you want it to.

Support and Maintenance

Once your system is fully installed, our comprehensive handover process ensures you can start using your smart home with confidence. We’ll guide you through the features and controls so you can make the most of your new technology from day one. Should any unexpected issues arise, our support team is just a phone call away. We also offer proactive maintenance to keep everything running at peak performance


If you sign up for one of our ongoing maintenance packages, we will regularly update your property’s smart equipment as necessary to keep it performing to its optimum ability. We will also patch that system’s software with security updates. We can still provide ongoing system maintenance if you don’t opt for one of our plans, but a callout charge and hourly rate will apply.
